Re: "Soft" Indoor Targets

I get a real good dealer discount on RTS targets. I can't say how much in public because of the dealer agreement. If anyone wants to order let me know and I will order them for you at my cost.

Re: "Soft" Indoor Targets

Any further thoughts on this type of target, I am thinking about getting some for the new subgun match I am starting. I am a dealer for The Mako Group and the just bought RTS and I get real good dealer prices on their targets. Here is a link to their site. http://www.themakogroup.com/rts-target-syst...

Re: VCGHC Submachine Gun/Pistol Caliber Carbine Match -Augus

Well we were just about ready to start the safety meeting and the skies opened up and it pored for about 45 minutes. Once the rain stopped it was pretty soggy but everything else went well. Everyone seamed to have a good time. I will be talking to the range owner this week and figuring out the date ...

Re: VCGHC Submachine Gun/Pistol Caliber Carbine Match -Augus

I have found out that the club is in the process of trying to find a new food truck to do the matches since the old one was not reliable. So no food truck this match but there should be one for the next match.

Re: VCGHC Submachine Gun/Pistol Caliber Carbine Match -Augus

This match is shaping up. We do have some vendors who will be donating some stuff we will be giving away. I have been told there will be a food truck with breakfast, lunch and drinks available, I am trying to get a definite on this. It will be a lot of fun.

Re: Subgun Sanctioning Body

I have corrected some spelling errors and added a Buzzgun class. The updated PDF of the rules is at the same web location as the previous one.

Re: Subgun Sanctioning Body

I have finished the first rewrite and posted it online. I have tried to bring the rules more in line with how the current action shooting sports rules are. It will make the transition from people who currently participate in one of the other action shooting discipline crossover to subgun competition...

We have quite a few subgun shooters in the state and a bunch of us have been starting to work on setting up a couple of subgun matches around the state I am just the first one to get a date. The range said they would be happy if we got 12 shooters. I think I will be abl...

Re: Subgun Sanctioning Body

medphys those are great suggestions. In rewriting the rule book I have hard and fast rules about safety and safety should be our main concern. The rest of the rules I am trying to set up as more of a guideline. I think freedom of choice for the range, stage designer and shooter make for a fun shoot....
