Topics that MUST be included in final competitor guidelines

Post by todd » Tue Nov 21, 2006 11:13 am

I'm starting a list of topics and subtopics which must be covered in the final product. We can start to nail down the specifics through existing examples and discussion after we have an idea of what the exact scope should be.

Introduction to the sport
Liability / Risks involved with shooting sports
Competitor responsibility
Target types / colors
Competition rules - penalties, disqualifications, basic parameters in which we operate safely.
Stage/Course types

Equipment - firearms / accessories / gear
Positions - Starting and shooting
Firearm manipulation and transportation

Range Officials
Range Commands
Dispute resolution

Competitor Resources - website links / rule explinations
