Subgun match from this past weekend, in Manton, MI.

(okay - why can't I embed the video now?)

Running the MAX-11, I see. Looks like a good platform with the VERS9 and sounds very smooth.

I wish I could have made it up there. It's been a crazy winter for me. I barely had time to get to the Creek.

(I removed the "s" from the "https".)

Cool, thanks!

I also ran the TASK setup for my optics run. Apparently I need to tinker a little more with it. I had a half dozen malfunctions on my first stage. I switched buffers & springs for the "40 plate" stage. The gun ran flawlessly through that one, but with the lighter bolt it runs too fast. The stage went well, but I had two reloads, which killed my time.

I had it set up about perfect a couple of years ago, until the AAC rate reducing buffer broke. AAC replaced it, but the new one was stiffer and runs differently. I've been playing with springs ever since, trying to get it right. I might just switch back to the solid steel buffer and see how that does.

Or just give in and use the LAGE for my Optics runs too. Maybe I'll get my Uzi back from the shop some day too, so I can play with it again.
